Ah, the steam. If a poker gambler states never to have looked over the barrel of an approaching poker steam – they are either telling a lie or they haven’t been playing very long. Seeing as we are assumingly (nearly all of us) playing poker for one reason – to earn a profit, it certainly makes sense that we would wager accordingly to maximize winnings.
